When arrive the lord helped with the bags very helpful, when I did check out, the girl from front desk (Johanna) she doesnt helped, said that is not included, and no bring me any help, no open doors, no bring me the carry for the bags.

Underground free parking is excellent. Big room with 2 beds. Hot shower. Coffee machine provided. 10min drive to Venice Beach. Lots of eating places around.
